PREPARE YOUR BREW

Equipment

To make pour-over coffee, you will need:

CHOOSE YOUR BEANS

Coffee beans for hand brewing

01 / BEAN TYPE

100% Arabica

A smooth, aromatic profile with delicate fruit, floral, or citrus notes.

02 / ROAST LEVEL

Light to medium

These roasts preserve the beans’ unique origin characteristics, higher acidity, and complex flavours.

03 / ORIGIN

Find your flavour

African beans, such as Ethiopian or Kenyan: Bright, floral, and fruity profiles with vibrant acidity. Explore washed or natural-processed single-origin coffees.

Central and South American beans: A balanced cup with cocoa, nutty notes, or mild sweetness if you prefer less sharpness.

04 / PROCESSING

Clean or fruit-forward?

Washed coffees: A cleaner, crisp, and bright cup.

Natural or sun-dried coffees: Heavier, fruit-forward sweetness and jammy notes.
